		<description>Bert

For a university project I have been studying the Betfair business model &amp; in particular in relation to the 2005 gaming act. {And still don't quite know my ass from my elbow as the act is a minefield.}

If you know the answers of the top of your head to any of the below it would be much apprieciated. {Especially in light of the fact it is a bit off topic for a horse racing blog.}

1.  It is my understanding from the act that betting on Betfair is classed as "Private Betting".   Is my summation correct, and are there any limits to the amount that can be won from Private betting through Betfair.  {EG. The bookies have a payout limits depending on the sport.}

2. The exchange games {Hi Lo} etc, are they classsed by the 2005 gaming act as betting or gaming {&amp; why}? If gaming are there different limits to the amount that can be won on betfair .

3. Because there is now house advantage, what exemptions does Zero roulette gain from the act.  I understand it is not a casino game, as it is equal chance gaming and if you take no fee for it it also makes it "private" gaming.   {Are there any stake &amp; win limits on private gaming?}

The beers are on me should our paths ever cross &amp; I can afford your tipple. ;=)

Thanks in advance
