I opened an account with your company over a month ago. Using this link http://www.thehendonmob.com/betfair/betfair.html. As you can see I was offered a £50 free bet.

Now a month has gone by.. despite numerous emails.. I have not received the said free bet. Your customer service dept has stopped answering my emails.

Frankly behaviour like this does a disservice to your company.

All I want is what I was offered when I opened an account.
