    Cheers Bert.

Do you have any thoughts on the ATR/ATR Xtra debate?

Or is that a "wait and see" situation?

So it seems to me he's basing his argument on the fact that some people can have an advantage over others if they use SIS or bet from the race track etc etc. Surely this is merely common knowledge/common sense. I rarely bet in-running but when I do I know what the situation is regarding delays as should everyone else who's choosing to do that. No one is forcing anyone to bet in-running.

It also seems that he's taken it upon himself to dictate exactly what constitutes proper betting on horse racing and that's that. And, surprise surprise, it's a bookmaker constituent that is kicking up a fuss.

    I feel embarrassed for him.

To echo the other comment, is there any more information available on the comments made by Jim Devine? I'd be interested to know exactly what he means by disreputible, it seems to me to be open to a wide range of interpretation.
