Lastfiver - I think it was watching Rainbow View on the weekend that made me do my bit of research.

Mark - let's hope so.

Scott - I don't know what the lineup will be but I can tell you MB worked this morning and he's in very good shape.

TG - I wish she'd done the treble. She only picked them because she liked the names.

I told Chantelle to do a 50 quid treble, and put the winnings on QPR to beat Swindon 3-2, but would she listen?

Hi Bert,

ive been trying to get a price for M.B in the Gimcrack, since its 1st race. Been hard going but one oddsmaker has quoted me for limited stakes. Seems more than fair, if you were kind enough to email me Bert i,d be most grateful to confirm the odds allowed and just to see if you thought more than reasonable.

Just looked at Cavera. Normally these American bred horses either come over because they need grass opportunities, are crooked (legs) or have high knee actions. I'm not against them running on G/S as this tends to be a prerequisite for a mixture of the above. Cavera is by a Mr Prospector sire out of a dam who's sires' sire was Cozzene. Grass would seem okay but not a overly necessary so maybe cut is what's required. 7/2 - 4s looks a fair price in this contest. Good Luck

Hi Bert,
Blue Bogey runs in the 2.30 at Salisbury. It will be the first runner from MBs Newbury canter. Interestingly RK rides BB today.
Did you see the George Strawbridge owned 2-y-o win at Newmarket on Saturday? Rather impressive.
