Well thank you very much AOB, so thoughtful of you to put the racing industry first, almost choked on my cup of tea, but feel so much better now that I know you are looking after the racing world.</description>

		<description>Out of interest is there any precedent for a "neutral" pacemaker that ensures a true run race but takes no part in the finish. I realise there are probelms like who funds this and who would ride and whether the other jockeys would just ignore the pacemaker but surely it goes some way to providing a solution?</description>
