Triskaidekaphobia

Lilac Moon runs in the 3:30 at Lingfield today in an all age 0-62 handicap. Nicky says she is better than ever - looking great in her coat and dead keen to get on the gallops at home. When we got her she was a little lame and for a while she was a bit reticent to train, but her attitude has improved 100% and she taken her racing really well.
She’s a lovely looking horse - well muscled with just one major flaw (straight up front) and I’m told she’s Michael Owen’s mum’s favourite. She’s been running well without winning - today is a little tougher than her last two assignments, but she may be improving at the moment and I couldn’t rule out a win - she’s quite a chunky price and I’ll have a little on. This is the third consecutive run that she’s been drawn 13 - a concern to the superstitious among us. Richard Kingscote again takes the ride.

Hi Bert,
Always very difficult to win from the front around Lingfield, even harder from an outside draw. Richard gave her a good ride but she will probably do better at Wolverhampton with a friendly draw.
Good luck
