I bought another yearling filly at Deauville – probably my last expensive purchase for a while. She’s by Sadlers Wells out of Race the Wild Wind – a Grade 1 winner in the states. She’s a half sister to King Charlemagne and Meshaheer. I’d say she’s the best bred filly I have. here’s a picture;
I also bought a 2yo filly by One Cool Cat ex Raysiza. She wasn’t expensive and she’s nothing special to look at but she’s speedy and I like her breeding. She’ll probably be out in the next few weeks – I’ve named her Tikka Masala and she’s with Tom Dascombe.
I’ve also got three that I bought in Japan – all foals. I’m tight for time today – I’ll post pictures when I have a little time.
