Another horse that I bid on runs today - Mutual Friend, a decent 10f type from Ed Dunlop’s stable which was bought by David Pipe. David paid 72,000 Guineas, which is a lot for an 80 rated handicapper - like us (I had Tom Dascombe check him out) he must have liked the horse.

Just the one bet for me today - Weather Front in the 4:00 at Carlisle, a horse I tried to buy back in February and regretted not having bid more as I drove home.

I’m pretty much done for the flat season now and looking to the jumpers.
